Learn to defend yourself against domestic violence and sexual assault using the Krav Maga system during a Saturday morning seminar.

This women only seminar will take place on April 19 from 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. at the Krav Maga Regional Training Center, which is located at 7460 Callaghan Road. The fee for the seminar is $35. This event is being cosponsored by The Rape Crisis Center and The Family Justice Center.
